What will be covered in this workshop

EQ in a business setting

Emotional intelligence (EQ) is the new IQ. Research has proven that those in top jobs (think C-suite, CEO, Managing Partner) with well-developed EQ are generally more successful than those with lower EQ. You work in a people business and are in touch with people every day, all day. Whether these people are your clients, your colleagues or suppliers, there is no escaping. To make these interactions easier, developing your EQ is essential.
The objectives of this workshop include:

  • Become aware of your own behavioural preferences and the effect on others
  • Understand behaviour of others and reduce our subjective judgement of others
  • Find better ways to communicate, foster teamwork and create effectiveness as a team
  • Develop relationships with your stakeholders
  • Co-create a supportive community with a common set of challenges, individual perspectives and experience
